HQ HVAC Replacement

This Contract is for the Headquarters HVAC Replacement Project. In general, the Work includes demolition and disposal of three existing rooftop HVAC units and installation of Owner-furnished Contractor-installed Trane HVAC units including all new rooftop ductwork, isolation system, roof repair, bracing and framing. Work also includes removal and replacement of all interior VAV units including associated ceiling removal and replacement, flex duct replacement at supply and returns, piping and valves as shown in the bid plans and specifications. Construction plans have been approved through Ventura County Building & Safety (herein VCBS) Permit BP25-03027. Technical Specifications are in APPENDIX 1 and the Drawings are in APPENDIX 2. The awarded Contractor shall pull the permit and approved Drawings from VCBS and shall comply with all permit conditions, including any required inspections and documentation throughout construction. The Fire District shall pay for the permits.
